cant active eSIM

Hi, 

I ordered an eSIM and received a confirmation email, incl activate link. But i can't active it, as it always says: technical issues, please try again later.

Next, i realized that my simcard became an eSim and is provisioned. I dont know why and what happens? 

I just want to connect with my galaxy watch 4, but it seems so difficult, bcoz i can't active the esim profile.
