Hi,

I moved permanently away from Germany in December 2019 and sent in the appropriate forms to O2 (the deregistration, the “Kündigung meines Mobilfunkvertrages” page, proof of my new address in the USA, and everything else I could think of that would be required to cancel my O2 contract.  I have not gotten a confirmation from O2 that my bill has been cancelled and I am going a bit crazy.  I want to pay my final invoice but it keeps going up and I can’t tell if my account is still active or not.  Can someone please help me to confirm that my contract has been terminated and tell me what my final amount is so I can pay it?
