Hello,

I moved out of Germany in the end of 2019, I cancelled my plan but it will still run until 05.2020 so I am still getting billed. I found strange values at the bill of this month and wanted to double-check the amount, but I cannot login.


The only way to log-in is with a confirmation SMS, but I do not have my phone number anymore.

How can I get an password recovery/login with my e-mail? I still get the invoice every month at the e-mail I registered in the community, but I cant login with my-O@

there ist currently no other method than sending the password via sms. This is necessary for data protection reasons.

Please tell me all contract details via private message 🙂 i’ll see what i can do for you!
