Cannot activate Esim

Hello, 

          I ordered esim as a replacement sim and installed the esim profile.

The order section says my esim is ready for activation but when I go for activation I am stuck at “Ihre Daten werden geladen” 

Please help :)

Well, it seems that you had a technical issue. 

Did you get any confirmation by e-mail or SMS concerning the activation of the eSIM?

I hope it is already clarified. If not, please return here again.
