cancelling direct debit

I want to cancel my direct debit details, how to I go about that? Or could one of the o2 costumer service message me privately

There is no email address for your request. You have to contact o2 by post.

Hey @Beeeeeeee unfortunately you cannot remove your bank details from your account yourself. You have two options: call customer service or wait until an o2 moderator answers.

Okay thanks for that. Do I wait for the moderators to message me or is there another option to text them privately cause I didn’t see the option in their profile

Postpaid contract: The direct debit (SEPA Mandat) must be revoked by mail (letter).

Prepaid contract: Direct debit should be revoked by mail. Can also revoked by the o2 prepaid customer care, i.e. using the o2 prepaid customer chat (o2 Prepaid Kundenchat): www.o2.de/chat

o2 employees here in the forum don`t remove / delete any SEPA mandates.
