cancelling data pack


I have accidentally subscribe to a wrong package.It’s a daily pack and I want monthly pack.How can I cancel it?

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

Unless the daily package that you ordered automatically renews itself, you should be able to just get the monthly package that you wanted once the daily one has run out. Have you been able to do this or do you need further support here?

I cancelled the O2 pack immediately but haven’t received my refund till yet.

Hello @Quratulain,

I was happy to take a look at your prepaid card and credited the fees for the o2 Prepaid Day-Pack L. The credit is automatically booked onto your SIM card and can be used for future pack bookings.

By booking the correct monthly pack, the daypack was already deactivated on June 3, 2024.
