I just had a look at your cancellation because of moving abroad.
In December 2019 we requested the following documents:
- a notification of your new, foreign domicile (alternatively a confirmation of your employer or landlord/ flight ticket/ confirmation from your parents)
- your approval for us to charge you the all-inclusive basic fee for 3 months
Additionally, you dated the cancellation letter 14th October 2019. But we only received the cancellation on 4th December 2019.
We received your approval to charge the 3-months-fee on 9th December 2019. But what is still missing until now is a notification of your new, foreign domicile (alternatively a confirmation of your employer or landlord/ flight ticket/ confirmation from your parents). Please send this document to the following address:

We do not accept any e-mail.
As soon as we receive one of these requested documents, we will terminate your contract to the earliest possible date. Till then your deactivation will be on 27th September 2020.

Dear Tobias,
I am living with my family and I am not working now so I don't have confirmation of landlord or employer. My dad will write that the I am living with them and sign it and I will send copy of my flight ticket not with mail with post this tine!! I already paid money for O2 from October even if I sent 3 moths fee but now for this month O2 charges me with 111.06 euro. Change you check how I can be charged with this huge amount of money even if I paid until so far I already sent bill that I previously paid?There should be something wrong.

I checked your data again. As I see, you received already a response by e-mail on 6th May 2020.
Your contract was deactivated on 8th May 2020.
So, in my opinion everything is clarified now.
