Since no customer data is linked with your community account I can only assume a possible reason. It may be that there were calls that were not covered by any flatrate and are billed afterwards.
Have ypou maybe already been in touch with our colleagues from customer service regarding this question?

I tried to contact customer service, but I can’t reach O2 DE from the US, and whoever I got a hold of sent me here to ask. I don’t have access to my previous account since my phone number is no longer active, but I am still getting bills. I can’t access my old Mein O2 to see what is itemized on this unexpected bill or even previous expected bills.
There shouldn’t be any calls after our cancellation, since we removed our simcards before O2 even acknowledged our cancellation with our proof of Abmeldung. We returned our router and I have confirmation that the router arrived. It makes me very uncomfortable as a consumer that I have no way of checking what this charge is, even though I followed all of the procedures to cancel all aspects of service. Why do the Mein O2 log-ins close before all charges are cleared?
I was hoping to get a direct chat so I could share my former account number and figure out what this is before I start disputing charges and close my former German bank account.
