cancellation of prepaid simcard


Hi, I need help with a cancellation of my prepaid simcard order and to understand how the process of refunds.

Hello, you can cancel your order for the prepaid card at any time by e-mail, please use this e-mail address widerruf@cc.o2online.de and always include your order number and your personal data in the e-mail.

You have to take action yourself and request the payout by using the following form for the cancellation of your contract and the refund of your money

If it concerns an order, which tariff did you order?

so far you have not reported back here. Have you been able to clarify your request yet?
Have you already filled out the form and sent it to us?

@o2_Maria according to the second comment on my question I sent an email to the mentioned mail address in that comment. I received a reply and customer service mentioned that I just need to simply call my bank and request a refund since the transition is still on hold. 

However, I still don't know if my order was cancelled from the O2 side. 

Worthing mentioning: the customer service in the email did not mention filling out any kind of form for the cancellation. I was only requested to share my identification and the account number from which it was bought. 

 

If you can follow up and give me assurance that I took all the necessary steps, it will be appreciated.
