However, I still don't know if my order was cancelled from the O2 side.
Worthing mentioning: the customer service in the email did not mention filling out any kind of form for the cancellation. I was only requested to share my identification and the account number from which it was bought.
If you can follow up and give me assurance that I took all the necessary steps, it will be appreciated.
