Cancellation of My O2 Data M and S Sim Card

Hello Good day!

I am writing because i wanted to ask if it possible to cancel the contract that I signed today in the O2 Store.

We availed 3 sim cards with Internet (1 with 20 GB and 2 sim cards with 3 GB). The adviser told us that because we came to a physical store of O2 and there is an available O2 Adviser and he can immediately activate the Sim Card, we have to pay for the Anschlusspreis worth of 9,99 euros and asked him nicely if he can void it since in the internet (Mein O2 app) it was stated that we dont need to pay for it since it was the offer for old customers in the O2. I even showed him my phone (the offer online). He told us he will check on it. We cannot speak good German but we can understand it.
Then he asked me to signed the contract and printed it and saw that the amount of the Anschlusspreis was 49,99 euros and not the other one he told us (9,99 euros).

We felt (me and my friend) that we were fooled since it is not the one he told us. We felt that because we cannot speak German fluently it turned out that way.

We asked him if it can be cancelled since it is still not used and we are still in the store. 
 

My question is it still possible to cancel and not pay for the Anschlusspreis? since we only applied for the Datentariff?
