Cancellation

Dear O2 Community,

 

Recently I decided to end my tariff with you and as far as I know I can do it right away since my contract started in 2019. 
I have been recently to a O2 center and they told me that I could not do it there but I needed to do it online or though a letter to the company. 
Would you kindly guide me to the online cancellation process or provide me with the correct template to be sent by post?

Hi @GBalsamo,
thanks for your feedback. I have looked at the bill for you. 

On page 1, you can see the benefit period at the top right, which for you is from 13.02.-12.03.
 


Your contract was deactivated on 19.02. This means that for the period from 13.-19. the basic fee was still invoiced on a pro-rata basis. 
You can see this on page 2 of the invoice. 
If you no longer have access to the invoice, please let us know and we will send it to you again. Is there anything else i can do for you?

Good morning, you can cancel your contract yourself in the Meino2 app. You just go to Manage Sim and then Cancel. If you do not have access to the app, you can register here via this link Registration O2 APP

Or cancel as normal by post (registered mail). The adress is

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

Aside from the correct information that 0179LoopUp provided, you can also cancel the contract online without having to register for the mein o2 App. Just fill out the online form for the cancellation with the relevant data.

Dear Administrators,

Sorry for bothering you again. I successfully canceled my contract but this month I got a bill of 6.43 euro (my usual bill was of 29.9) but I don’t understand why. Could you give me an explanation? Do I need to finalize the cancellation with further steps?
