Dear O2 Community,
Recently I decided to end my tariff with you and as far as I know I can do it right away since my contract started in 2019.
I have been recently to a O2 center and they told me that I could not do it there but I needed to do it online or though a letter to the company.
Would you kindly guide me to the online cancellation process or provide me with the correct template to be sent by post?
