Hello,

I accidentally ordered 2 airpods pro 2nd gen and I would like to cancel 1 of them, I have emailed widerruf@cc.o2online.de several times and still haven’t got the reply. What should I do?

 

i still didn’t get the shipment and I would like to cancel it before any money get collected.

did you get a message that your cancellation was received or did you get no message at all after mailing to the above address? The actual processing of a cancellation request can take some time.

Unfortunately i didn’t get a message at all and im so confused about it i dont want to deposit more money on something i dont need, i went to a store nearby and they told me that they can’t help if it is online order

should the AirPods be delivered to you, then you’ll still have 14 days from that point on to cancel them, in that case then please use the LogistikCenter to start the return and cancellation process.
