Good day, I applied for a contract deal online and got an email to pay the 1euro one time cost. I was unable to do this because my bank was not supported. Is the application still active and how can I cancel it_?

Please send an e-mail to widerruf@cc.o2online.de, to cancel the contract and Hardware.
