cancel o2 number portability

I requested for my number portability through the o2 app today. Can you please cancel the number portability request as I am planning to continue with o2.

As an immediate porting is processed quickly, you should send an email to o2-rufnummernmitnahme@telefonica.com as soon as possible or try calling the English-speaking hotline:

+49 89 66 66 30 08 1
Monday till Friday 10 am - 6 pm (as of June 2022)

Thank you, the number you have provided is for postpaid. I called the prepaid number. But it was German customer care. I spoke with them and they have cancelled.
