Cancel o2 contract from abroad

Hello,

I already left Germany but I have to cancel my o2 Contract that ends on September 2020. Is there any possibility that I can send the information to you by email or it must  have to be by letter?

    I already send the information before my leving, but got no response from O2. What should I do now? I am not in Germany right now and must cancel my contract because if not, I have to keep paying the monthly fee.

    on the 19th of july we sent an email regarding some missing documents like the registration certificate of your present place of residence and the notification of your new, foreign domicile (alternatively a confirmation of your employer or landlord).

     

    You can send the documents to the following address:
