I used the the O2 loop M for nine months while I lived in Germany. Before I left, I ordered to cancelled it throug my O2 website, however I still being charged. I repeated the operation on the website, but it seems to still be active. But, I cannot see the option “zur Abstellen” anymore. Could you help me to cancell it? About the charge, you can see that I didn’t use the package last month, it should be cancelled. 


Did you enter your bank details in Mein o2 so that your credit is automatically topped up?

Have you checked in Mein o2, in which cases the credit is topped up? You may have indicated that the credit will be topped up on a specific day. This no longer has anything to do with the option (o2 my Data M)

If you wish, a moderator can delete your bank details in Mein o2.

 

If you have set up top-up via Expressaufladung (credit card or PayPal), it can also be deleted by a moderator.

My registered bank account does not exist anymore, so O2 cannot charge me. But, it appears that I have a debit of 18,99 euros, which should not exist since I cancelled the data loop last month. I just want to assure that new debits are not coming, because the “Datenautomatik Loop” is still active although I have cancelled again. 

 

 


"Datenautomatik Loop" only affects old options, for example Smart M Bonus.
“Datenautomatik” is designed to automatically (and subject to a charge) activate additional data volume when the available data volume is used up. In the term, max. 3 activations for 2 euros each. “Datenautomatik” does`t affect data packs like o2 my Data M or o2 my Prepaid M

Ok, I got it, I just have two doubts:
1- Now, that I deactivated again the loop and cancelled the automatic payment in my account, should the bills stop?
2 - Since I didn’t use the data last month. Will the debit of 18,99 euros be cancelled or do I have to pay it using another method and ask for a refund?

A moderator (= o2 employees) has to look it up.
A booked pack can be canceled via customer service within 14 days if it has not been used.

thanks for your patience.

 

According to your wish, I have just deactivated the data-automatic and the automatic debit of your invoice.

 

Please be aware of the fact, that you still have an open amount that needs to be payed. You prolonged the pack “o2 my Prepaid M” on 9th March 2020 and deactivated it on 24th March 2020.

 

At the moment, you only have the Surf-Day-Flat on your card. Therefore, do not use the card anymore.

 

The card will be deactivated automatically after 6 months.

You can also transfer the open amount from anywhere to the following bank account:

 

HYPO Vereinsbank AG

BIC: HYVEDEMMXXX

IBAN: DE73 7002 0270 0005 7169 77

 

And this is how it works with the transfer: instructions for prepaid-transfer

Please go to the heading “Topping up via bank transfer or standing order”. As you see you need to send a SMS in order to get your individual payment reference.
