I was trying to reload my package using cash but now I have three direct debit request 2 for load and 1 for package. I would like to cancel request for reload.
Also, I am trying to reach to customer support but that is in German, do o2 have English customer support. number?

Good morning, it's best to just call the o2 prepaid hotline. There will certainly be English speaking staff there. Here you have the contact details.
