i would like to cancel my postpaid o2 contract since one year but I am not receiving any response from o2.
I tried calling o2 customer service, but when I request them to talk in English they disconnect my call.
i visited the nearest o2 store to cancel my contract, instead they changed my contract to higher price from 10 euros to 25 euros. And it looked like they did it intentionally. I even spoke German and also showed them the Google translator asking to cancel the contract. Very disappointing customer service.
Even when I don't use my o2 number for months I have received bills for 70 euros and above for each month. I don't use my o2 number regularly still I receive bills which is very expensive and tough to pay.
And canceling the contract is so complicated, even after waiting for hours on call I am not able to connect any of your customer care member. So I had to visit the store near my place and then they made it worse by changing the contract from 10 euros to 25 euros without even asking me.
I request you to cancel my o2 contract as soon as possible.
o2 store I visited was in Riem Arcaden, Willy brandt Allee 5, 81829. And I had clearly asked them to how to cancel the contract but they changed my contract to expensive one (25 euros) which is for 24 months and when I went again to ask about it they behaved as if they don’t know anything. Why is it like that? Is it because I am a foreign customer and it’s easy to fool us because of language constraints? I am the customer of o2 from 2016 but this is the disappointing customer service I ever had at o2 store. Now I am forced to stay for 24 months and I was not even asked about it nor i signed for it. Very very disappointed.
So I request you to find me a way to cancel my o2 contract as I am unable to pay so hefty o2 Bills every month.
