Can't recharge my PrepaidCard

Hi, I have been trying to recharge my O2 prepaid account. I have tried to use the Website, mobile app, buy a voucher but nothing is working. When i log in to the account, it says my data cannot be shown for a long time now. I am not sure what is going on. I have very urgent business to take care of but i am kind of stranded in between of nowhere.

Is anyone else facing the same issue?

welcome to our community. I understand that it's annoying that you can't recharge your SIM card.
Would you like to upload a screenshot of the message? When was the last time you topped up your SIM card and how long was your credit valid, if you remember?

Hello

 you have to top up your prepaid card every 6 months and use it at least once during this period, otherwise the SIM can be deactivated. If you are having trouble recharging or the card needs to be responded, you can contact the English support.

Even I have the same issue, I didn’t recharge for the last 6 months. How can I get my old number back?
