Hi,

When I try to order a sim card from the apple watch app, I’m getting the error below:

This has been ongoing for a month so far, with multiple calls to the support and no successful answer so far.

Dear @adrienv.ar ,

welcome to our community. :hibiscus:
You are trying to activate the eSIM on another additional multicard, not on the main sim?

What iOS do you use?

Do you have a german iOS Account in the store?

In your iPhone you use only a o2 sim-card, right?

Kind regards,

Andrea

Hi Andrea,

thanks for the answer.

I’m trying on the main sim (I have only one sim in the phone, it’s an e-sim)

I’m on the latest iOS version (14.0.1).

I have a german iOS account in the store.

And it’s indeed an o2 sim card

Hi @adrienv.ar ,

would you mind trying it one more time?

In order to do that, please activate the eSIM for the watch first, manually via the o2 App or the o2 Portal.

After that, give it some time, update your devices one more time and try it again.

If that also won´t work, please provide us with the details of the different versions of your iOS, Watch OS and Network.Settings.

We´ll pass those infos on to our technical department for further analysis.

Viele Grüße,
Kurt

Hi Kurt,

now the first step goes through, but when it opens the webpage from the watch, it shows the following error:

ios 14.2

watchos 7.1

network version o2-de 44.0

Problem solved, it somehow worked. You can close the topic.
