Can’t login into the O2 App

Hello O2 community,

I have an issue with meine O2 App. I am no more able to login and getting a pop up error message.

I can login via website, the problem is only with the App.

Can you support please?

I regret that logging into the app is currently not working.

Are you trying to log in with your phone number or your email address?

Hey,

Thank tou Giulia, both are not working, I have even tried to login without account so I can receive a code via sms, but still getting the same error 😞

Yes I have re-installed the App many times, but still having the same issue ☹️.

since a few days we have some technical issues with our app, like login or display of data usage etc. 

Right now I cant tell when it will be fixed, our software team is trying to find out what caused the issues.
