Can't change my tariff within the app

Hello! Could you please help me to change my tariff which is O2 Loop. I can't find it within the app(it's a pity your app is only in German!!! Vodafone has it in English)

    You can also change the tariff with the code *107#

    Did you try it with the code Bumer mentioned? This would be the most easy way to change your tariff. 

    Can you login in the app and then there is no option or is the login failing?

    No, I can’t find the option to change my tariff whic is o2 Loop I guess? The short code also didn’t work.
