can i change the address of my iphone 13 pro max vetrag

Hallo i had orderd an Iphone 13 pro max for my friend so i have entered my address so all his posts comes to me so can i change the address please answer me ?

You can register to My o2 with the contract number from the invoice. After that you can change email and other addresses if you wish.

I have no contract number unfortunately i have lost that i have only the order number please is there any other way to change the address

You can registrate and logIn with your phone number and your four digit customer account number.

the contract number can be found at the top of the invoice or the instalment plan.
If none of these are available, we can send one after successful legitimation.

we can send you a duplicate invoice. The cost for this is a one-time fee of 2 euros. This is then the official invoice from the device including the contract number. You can then use this to register and adjust the address accordingly.

it is possible that the sending will take a little time, because in the meantime there was also a weekend as well as a holiday. 
It's best to wait again until at least next week. If nothing has arrived by then, please contact us again.
