Can i change my payment date ?

Hello , i was writting with one of the workers on whatsapp about changing day of payment , but this Month also i get the SMS that im late with payment . Can i change this now , or call somewhere and ask about it ? Thank you all regards!

welcome to our community. 

Unfortunately there is no possibility to change the payment date. If you suffer from returned direct debits you may stop them and pay by transfer as far as you can, but it should be clarified with our dunning team.
