Blocking of international calls

Good day,

 

I am on a contract.I would like to block international (outgoing) calls. Is this possible?

    Please could someone get back to me on blocking outgoing international calls. Please can this be actioned for my phone account.

    I just opted for your service and discovered that international calling is not included in my plan, which costs 16.5 euros. Could you please block international outgoing calls to prevent any extra charges on my bill?

    Hello @Learnbymistake ,

    welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

    I’ve blocked all outgoing international calls for your contract now, you should have also received a SMS concerning this. Should you need to change this in the future for whatever reason, then you can unblock the calls yourself through mein o2.
