I got my connection on september 19th . (activated) . But My bill states its from september 1. Also , I got the plan flex plan and I dint use any phone cals or so . But My bill states 82euros which is so much . When i got the Plan they dint tell me anything about the other costs. Kindly help Me . This is really so much. I dint even use the connection, Still getting such a huge bill is nearly unacceptable.

did you already check your invoice online? Because everything is fine with it. Your billing period is defined from the first to the last day of each month. The basic fee was charged proportional from the beginning of your contract (September 19th 2019). But remember the activation fee of 69,99 EUR. If there is no discount offer this amount is always due. It is mentioned in your order confimation and your welcome letter.
I am sorry but there is no way to assist you in this matter.
