Hi I have a bill on my phone for about 234 euro seriously!! What’s wrong with o2?? I only used to get a bill of about 87 euro every month...this is ridiculous…..I need help!!

Have you ever looked at the itemized bill of your invoice to see what caused this high amount?

yes i did it says services and charges,What can I do?

don’t you have the detailed information for your invoice? Then you should apply for it. For the future and your own safety. If you always got your summarized invoice and no itemized bill we have no chance to comprehend the usage. Connections are deleted after they are no longer useful to make a bill.

You might check your call log inside your mobile. Did you phone abroad or were you abroad and called to any other country? Did you check online if you ordered an entertainment subscription by mistake? Or are there any special numbers you used like the ADAC which are quite expensive?

Please excuse that we are unable to assist you in this matter. The only thing we can do is to set the itemized bill for forthcoming invoices. Do you want us to arrange?
