I pae the bill on this iban via my onlinebank on 13 august and today i got an email that i need to pay it in 3 days


Looks like the direct debit was reversed because there wasn't enough money in your account.

But i paid the next day i dont know how to upload the bilking info in pdf on this site

 


You shouldn't upload any personal details here as this is a public discussion forum, but it can take a few days for the payment to be credited to your customer account. You should nevertheless call the hotline tomorrow and ask to speak to the finance department to check whether there is any problem.
