Balance down to zero even with Tarifplan


I have a prepaid plan with O2 my Prepaid S since 22nd Feb. Even though the calls and SMS to all network is flatrate, my balance dropped to €0,16 from €10,00. I needed to make an urgent call and I was surprised by the low balance. This is very bad customer service from O2.

    I had the same problem, but on Friday evening it was solved.

Reply box ia broken, its like u holding delete key all the time... i have to type it in note and copy paste it in... but only in PM here it works...

your balance should be restored to the way it is supposed to be. Can you confirm that the booking went through yesterday evening?

hello, i have the same problem. this is the 2nd time it happens to me. right now out of nowhere i received a message that my balance dropped to 0, although it was much higher before. i don’t understand how could it drop since i am on the L plan since few days ago and i never used my number to call anyone… please help me

There were problems with the credit recharge. Could you please compare the transaction history in My o2 with your bank account. This may already clear things up a bit.
