Hello. I need to do a consultation in English as I don't speak German. 

My Prepaid package was finished yesterday and unfortunately could not be automatically prolonged as I didn't have enough balance. 

I have now topped up my account and I need for my Tarif to be activated. How can I do that? 

Please help.

You can book your tariff as follows:

My O2: o2.de/mein-prepaid
Pack manager at *104#✆
Voice menu at 5667✆
