autocomplete goes wrong prepaid activiation


Hi,

Few days ago i buyed a prepaid 999gb simcard.

During activiation proces at step 3 I used autocomplete and then problem begin.

On my name and surname autocomplete gave me a name of my living city and street.

Can you help with reset/Silver this problem?

Hello Michi,

No, activation failed.

During activation process at last step controller told me that I have to change my "name" and "surname" because I put there city and street instead to name and surname.

 

I tried to change this but I'm not able to do this at step 3 only I can put my birth date.

Sadly I still have problem with this, I'm not able to to reset/change personal data for finish activation.
