Type “Rog Strix G713PV flicker“ in the search field and you will get the result.
Hello @David.Savareh,
welcome to our o2 Community
I have moved your post to our English language section.
Could you follow the advice from schluej and update the drivers of your Asus Rog?
Best Regards,
Gerrit
I’ve tried countless ways to fix this issue. I think it has something to do with AMD graphic because the issue will be gone when display is connected to the Nvidia graphic driver.

Hello @David.Savareh,
as you wrote above, the first Asus Rog which you bought from us also had the issue with the blinking display.
Did you then send it in for repair and it got exchanged with your current Asus Rog laptop?
Best Regards,
Gerrit
No, I returned the laptop and ordered a new one.

@David.Savareh, so is it correct that you cancelled that order and made a new order without sending in the first laptop for repairs with us?
Best Regards,
Gerrit
I ordered the first laptop, I recieved it and used it for two days. I noticed screen blinking and tried every solution you may come across. Finally, I decided to send the laptop back. After two weeks, I ordered the exact same laptop (Asus Rog Strix G713PV). Now, I’ve been facing the same issue again.

Could you please tell me what to do? I don’t wanna send the laptop for repairs because it’s a brand-new device. Should I return this laptop as well and order a new one? Or, they all have the same problem? Thanks.

It is a problem with the driver. That will be the same problem with the next one.
I updated all drivers including Nvidia and AMD. Unfortunately, the blinking has still remained unsolved. I think it’s related to the hardware, I mean AMD cpu and its integrated graphic.

Nope. The Nvidia and CPU driver are not working together. Uninstall the CPU Grafik driver.
No, you got me wrong. I didn’t mean that they work together. I meant all drivers such as Nvidia driver, AMD driver.

Hello @David.Savareh ,
It definitely seems to be a driver problem.
I also assume that it will not change if the device is sent in for repair,
or you order a new device again. The error will reappear even then.
Have you already tried it as described in the screenshot above by schluej in another forum?
and switched off free synchronization?
Best regards,
Maria
