unable to login into App,shows Some error While login into o2 application

I have a problem in login on application but I can login with same ID on Website but that is not possible on App it shows error message (-1).

I have this issue from past 2 months I can login with same password and ID in O2 web site but not in the application.

can you please tell me how to overview my data and others in O2 website .

did you already register the mobile or landline numbers that you want access on our website? Unless you register these you will not be able to access the information for the contract neither on the website nor in the mobile app. Please register in an inkognito tab or log out of this community first.

After you registered (and have chosen a user handle) you can enter these in the mobile app :-)
