Antrag abgelehnt, aber den ursprünglichen Betrag bezahlt

I applied for an iphone 14 pro max installment. After I filled out the required information and paid the first amount of €185.99 through my bank account, I received an email that my application was rejected.  I received another email that my application was rejected.


How can I get my money back and how long will it take for O2 to refund my money?

 

 

 

Ich habe mich für ein iphone 14 pro max Ratenzahlung beworben. Nachdem ich die erforderlichen Informationen ausgefüllt und den ersten Betrag von 185,99 € über mein Bankkonto bezahlt hatte, erhielt ich eine E-Mail, dass mein Antrag abgelehnt wurde.  Ich bekam wieder eine E-Mail, dass mein Antrag abgelehnt wurde.


Wie kann ich mein Geld zurückbekommen und wie lange wird es dauern, bis O2 mein Geld zurückerstattet?

Sorry that the installment purchase was declined :( 

Your deposit will be automatically returned to your account. This takes a minimum of two to four weeks. I would have to ask you once for patience here.

Hi,

 

Its been 4 weeks since I had contacted the customer service and i still did not received my refund.

@Beboy it can take from 3 to at least 8 weeks. O² are not the fastest when they have to refund.
