It’s great that Bumer has already provided you with a link to the relevant FAQ. I’ve taken a look at this for you and noticed that the activation hadn’t been initiated yet. I’ve gone ahead and activated it for you. You should have already received a text message confirming this.

Hi, I’ve asked to block no caller id calls before and I was informed that it is activated but I still get no caller id calls. I’d be greatful if the situation can be checked.

It’s definitely frustrating that you’re still receiving calls from hidden numbers. I’ve looked into this for you and deactivated and reactivated ACR. You should have received a text message by now.

Could you check again and let me know if it’s working as expected now? 🙂
