thanks for the support but My o2 login page shared displays details related to “top-up and debits ” only for a period of recent three months. For my case it can only go back to mid-June 2024. 

I’m looking for year 2023.

There are no bills with o2 prepaid.

I’m well aware that no bills are generated by any of the MNO’s BSS for the prepaid SIMs.

Hence, I was looking for support from customer service to share me the backlog of invoices or transactions made in year 2023 for taxing purposes.
