After taking phone nunber to o2, no SMS but Internet and Phone work

Hello there,

I have moved from Vodafone to o2 on 11.10.2023. But until now I still don’t receive any SMS. Phone and Internet work normally. I tried turn off the phone for 2 hours already. Restarted the phone many times. 
 

Could you please help?

welcome to our o2 Community 😀
I have seen that you have been in contact with the hotline ? 
The reason you didn't receive an SMS is that it was redirected to another of your SIM cards.
Is everything OK now? 
You can set the SIM card settings yourself under Multicard einstellen  yourself.
