Hello,

I ordered a new phone including the contract but I have the wrong address on it. Currently the status is still "in bearbeitung".

Can I change it before it delivers?

Dear @Ednild ,

is it an order to an existing mobile conract or is it for both (smartphone an mobile contract) a new contract?

If it is the second case mind to revoke the mobile contract within 14 days. Normally, both should be cancelled together. However, if the 14-day cancellation period has already expired, the mobile phone contract may continue to run.

    Unfortunately we can no longer change the address. You can cancel the order and place a new order with the correct address.

    Hello,

    It's a Samsung S23. 

    The order is returned back since the address was not found. How can I make the order again with the new address?

    The same way you placed the first order. Before doing so you should, however, make sure that your address is correct in the customer portal.

    Its a mobile with contract, so I don't know if it works that way.
