Hello.


I'm an exchange student for 6 months.

I made a contract on 25.10.2019 (O2 Free M).

When I make the contract, I could not be informed about international call from the o2 shop.

They said this contract covers data and calls, even “outside” calls.

 

It was not precise explanation, and furthermore there was no block or mention about additional cost when I make international phone calls to my family.

Now I have to pay over 100 euros that I would haven't made if I knew it is additional service.

 

How can I get compensation about this?

I transfered this thread to our english community.  As far as I can see you already opened a second thread with this question and you already recieved an answer from another community member there.

I am sorry if there ocuresd any misunderstandings regarding the princing of international calls. This calls are not covered by a flatrate and are billed additionaly. 

You will find the prices for calling abroad on page 7 of this pricing list.

I am sorry ia have no better news for you :-/
