activation e sim


I ordered my e sim L flex. already more then a week ago.
I received the order status. with a mail that further details will follow.
 But I don't get information to activate it.I don´t have enough info to activate anything online

How can I activate it?  When do I receive my card info and activation info?

When exactly did you order the new contract as an eSIM from us? Did you also receive an order confirmation in addition to the order confirmation? It's taking about a week to send it by post.

i received a regristration confirmation on 24/03, and 26/03 i received and invitation for aktivation of my ESIM. 

Is there a way for me to check the delivery status of my Esim and mail letter?

It's a shame that the eSim has not yet been delivered. It is not possible to track a letter. Delivery usually takes place within 4-10 days.
If you still have not received the letter from us, please cancel the contract. You can also contact our colleagues on the English hotline to clarify your concerns.
We do not have access to your customer data here.
