Hi Team,

I have a query which has not been resolved since long. I would like to know about the credit balance which is there in my account which is not getting deducted and my credit balance is showing as 40€ and extended till 05/03/2024. Please let me know if I need to recharge my number monthly or there is no need as the credit is extended . Also please explain the process of recharging the number in detail as there is so much confusion in it.

    Hello @Ashibh, aprepaid card must be topped up every 6 months, a few euros would be sufficient.

    With each new top-up, the six-month period for the entire credit balance is restarted. 😊
