Accidentally pressed wrong option on Mein O2 App!

I accidentally pressed “Cancel now” instead of “when plan ends” on o2 for the 9.99 tarif for 4gb data on Mein o2 a few minutes after I bought it. I did not use any of the data and was wondering if anyone could activate the plan for me. After that I got charged .99 cents for 30mb and I was extremely confused until I realised it wasn’t active and I got automatically charged. Please help!!!

I will have a look now. I just activated the pack “o2 my Prepaid Data Pack L” and gave you a credit of 9,99 €. 

I hope you agree to this solution.

    This can happen. Is it concerning a prepaid-plan?

    Can you tell me which plan you like to get activated and at what date you cancelled it?

    of course not, as it was charged immediately with the pack “o2 my Prepaid Data Pack L”.
