Accidental cancel of tariff

Hello,

I just accidentally terminated o2 my Prepaid M (14.99€) in Mein o2 app.
Is there any way that I can have either my credit back since I haven't use any data yet, or having the package data back?

Hi @Ayodeji,

You always pay the tariff for four weeks and have certainly cancelled it at the end of the usage period. You can activate it again afterwards.

The issue is that I just subscribed and I mistakenly delete it. 
I was able to reactivate the package but i lost my previous subscription

I have refunded the cost of the pack. Please note that a pack in the queue will automatically activate when you top up the necessary credits.
