A problem with payment for English speaker


Hello! I am an English speaker and unfortunately I cannot get around and get help as much as I would with English language.

I have a problem with my payment and I would share the details with you, is it possible to help me?

thank you for your request.
If you have selected manual transfer to pay your handyrates, you can also do this from another account. It is important to specify the correct reference/ purpose of the transfer so that the payment can be assigned to your hardware.
In this case, it is the customer number of the hardware accordingly, that is correct ✔

Addendum:
However, the simplest thing would be to have the monthly instalment debited directly by direct debit mandate.
