500mb/s mobil internet is too slow


Hello! i have a 500mb/s mobilinternet-tariffe but my download is max 10-15 Mbit/s and my upload is also max 10-15 Mbit/s since couple weeks (before that i was getting 70 Mbit/s Download and 40 Mbit/s Upload). I used the Live Check tool but it says that there isnt a connection problem in my location so what should i do to fix it?

@Emircan O your contract is “up to” 500 Mbit. do you have this tranferrates at evry position, or are there differences , is it in the building or in open space, perhaps you’ll have a look at the cell mapper MAP and checlk your region for light green marks and test there the transfer rates. In my expereience the transferrates differ from position to position quite drastic (if i go 100m away from my flat i have 170 Mbit, if i go just out of the door i have below 10 Mbit).

If you have that bad transferrates everywhere reset your phone.

its the same everywhere i tested it like 10 times nothing changes when i go out or stay in the building and i also tried in a different location in the same city and nothing changes.

Which tarifplan do you have and which hardware are you using?
Please name a postalcode and a streetname in which you have these datarate.
Have you allready given feedback via our My o2 APP?
