3G/LTE homespot setup in Englisch

Hallo Zusammen,

I have only been in Germany since Oktober and do not know the language well enough. I have tried to set up my O2 Homespot but it is unclear - even for my German speaking friend. The furthest I can get is following the instructions in the Kurzanleitung and I can connect my computer but I get no internet.

I have registered the SIM card, and it should all be working as far as I understand, but it is not. I call the help number and I get a recorded message that lasts forever and after 45 minutes I give up because for all I know it might be telling me I should not call that number.

Can someone please advise what I can do to rectify this because I’m paying for it and I have no service so I am having to use my mobile phone as a “hotspot” which is costing me even more money...
