It is a @Vilureef already wrote, for your contract a second multicards costs 10 Euros per month plus a connection fee auf 39,99.

If you don't necessarily need the same number on the card, I would recommend an o2 Free Starter Flex, which costs only 4.99 euros per month for 1 GB with a phone and SMS flat rate.
