14 Tage warten auf meine SIM-Karte

I ordered my SIM card on the 16th, on the 25th I called again and they told me they would give me another one, I can't do anything because they won't let me create an account without a phone number and I'm new to the country and I don't speak the language.

You are supposed to give a delivery service of 2-5 days, and here I am still waiting, I want to cancel the contract, but I can't do that either because they ask me to return the order first.
I am waiting for a solution.

Simply cancel: widerruf@cc.o2online.de  you don't have to send the SIM back.

Because I also find it strange that the orders don't arrive, I checked the system. The SIM cards have been sent. Please check that your address is correct and is your name on the door and mailbox?
