Waiting for new router for 2 weeks

My O2 router stopped working a couple of weeks ago. I contacted the support line and they confirmed that the router was dead and that they'd ship a new one to me in 2-3 business days. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting. I don't have any tracking number to see the status of the package.

I'm currently abroad and roaming charges are prohibitive, so calling the hotline is not an option at the moment. Is there another way that I can reach O2 support, e.g. email? If not, could any O2 staff let me know what's up with my router and when I can expect delivery?

That is great, ​@andre.dorit, that your mom can receive the router while you are away. I have started the order to have the new router sent to you. You will receive information via E-Mail when it will arrive 🙂

Hello ​@o2_Gerrit , I will be back at the end of the week. But my mom is at my house every day, so there is always someone there to receive the new router. Can you tell me when I can expect it to be delivered?
