Hello Team, I have a query regarding my DSL contract. Could you please confirm if you have marked my contract for cancellation? As I won’t be extending my contract with O2. My Kunden Nummer is XXXXXXXXX. Thanks

When did you cancel the contract? Normally o2 confirms cancellations by mail and - after some time - on the last page of the monthy invoice.


On Mein o2 you can check yourself. If it is cancelled the date is listed as “gekündigt zum”, otherwise “Vertragsende”.
